How do I get the audio information (see picture) so it doesn't display when published? I clicked "hide during show" in powerpoint but when it's published, it shows up. Thank you for any help provided.
It looks like you imported your audio via PowerPoint and not Articulate > Import Audio. When working with audio and publishing with Presenter '09, you'll want to first import or record audio using the audio options under the Articulate tab.
You should delete that audio clip from your PowerPoint slide and either import it via Articulate > Import Audio or record it via Articulate > Record Narration.

Here's a tutorial on importing audio in Presenter '09: http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/importing-an-audio-file-into-a-presentation.aspx
And here's a tutorial on recording audio directly into Presenter '09: http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/recording-narration-in-presenter.aspx
I hope that helps!
Sure did, thank you very much!
