When I am viewing my presentation, exit, and go back, it shows me a dialogue box to resume my presentation like this -- http://screencast.com/t/9DnUmAcJIcR -- which I was able to change to Simplified Chinese. However, when I exit my presentation, go back, and click on the "Navigation" button in the top right corner of the screen, this dialogue box pops up -- http://screencast.com/t/p2Vp4jNT8BFy
Would you know how I can edit this dialogue box and make it Simplified Chinsese?
That particular group of text is called the Resume Message. You'll find it in the Player Templates->Text Labels. It will be number 21. Just select Simplified Chinese and it and several other bits of text will change to reflect it.
I changed the Resume Message text to Simplified Chinese but it didn't end up changing the dialogue box when I click on the Navigation button. It works only for the dialogue box that comes up when click elsewhere in the Table of Contents. Do you know if there's another place where I can change that text?
I'm not sure what you mean by Navigation button? I see from the screenshot that you are clicking on a button at the top right on the player, but I'm not sure what the button is.
I think to get an idea of what is happening, it would probably be best to submit a Support Case so that we can take a closer look. Make sure to upload your files when doing so, using the following instructions.
The Navigation button that I'm clicking on is where the arrow is pointing to in this screencap http://screencast.com/t/p2Vp4jNT8BFy . It pulls up an Engage slide but sometimes it shows that Resume Message and sometimes it shows the Engage slide.
Does the Resume Message in that screencap have the same properties as the other Resume Message seen here (http://screencast.com/t/9DnUmAcJIcR) ? Because I am able to change the latter but not the former. Do you know how I can fix it?
I saw that button, the only problem is that I don't read Chinese and can't tell what exactly that button does. Taking a look in Presenter from my end, I don't see a button called Navigation as one of the choices by default.
Without taking a closer look, the best I can say is that yes both messages appear to be the same. As for why it's not being translated, I can't say for sure.
If you wouldn't mind sharing your file here using the instructions I linked to above, I'll be glad to take a look. If the file needs to remain private, opening a case would be best. Someone will get back with you soon.
