Received an mp4 video demo created in SnagIt that needs narration. I loaded the video into PowerPoint to use Articulate Presenter 09 but the video won't play to narrate. Does anyone have a solution? Recording the demo with narration is not an option.
Are you saying that you inserted the mp4 into your slide and then tried to use the Narration feature of Presenter to add audio to your video, but the video doesn't play in the Narration window?
If so, I would suggest playing the video outside of Presenter while you record the audio, so that you're able to get the timing correct. The video should play normally in the published output.
