Completion Status issues

Hi, getting some completion errors in an LMS called ClickCourse. When I take my Articulate quiz and fail, I never am able to pass it in the future. If I take it a second time and pass, it still shows as incomplete.
If I try as a different user, and pass it the first time it shows as complete.
In debug mode I see:
SCORM_CallLMSSetValue strElement=cmi.core.lesson_status, strValue=completed
SCORM_CallLMSSetValue strElement=cmi.core.exit, strValue=
In ExecFinish, ExiType=SUSPEND

Hi Brook and welcome to Heroes,
It sounds like the LMS is setting the course to read only mode. Can you check with your LMS vendor to see if there's a setting or an option that you need to select that will allow the LMS to update with the correct status?
Well I am sure its related to the course itself, because other courses do work. This one is just stuck on whatever you scored the first time, pass or fail.
Hi Brook,
Have you tried recreating the quiz to see if that resolves the issue?
Yes, and actually found something further. If I take the exam and pass, and quit the course on the next slide (there are 8 slides after the final exam) it shows as complete.
However, if I take the exam and pass and view all 8 slides after, it shows as incomplete. Is there a setting or something I could have done to those 8 slides to override SCORM data from the exam?
Hi Brook,
Would you mind uploading the ZIP file to me that you're uploading to your LMS?
You can upload it here: http://upload.articulate.com - In the subject of the form, put Attention Brian Batt and the file will come straight to me.
I'd like to take a look at some of the XML files to see if there's any obvious issues.
Has there been a resolution to this issue? I am having the same problem with my LMS.
Hi Ross,
Please submit a support case so that we can take a closer look into your issue?

Hi there, I am actually having the same problem. Has there been any resolution on this?
Hi Nancy,
If you are experiencing issues with content in your LMS, please refer to the following Word of Mouth Blog article, which outlines common issues pertaining to viewing and tracking content in an LMS:
http://www.articulate.com/blog/9-ways-to-troubleshoot-articulate-lms-issues/
Be sure to package your Studio '09 files properly for your LMS using the method described in this article:

If the issue persists, be sure to open a support case with your LMS provider, since they are your primary source of support for LMS tracking and reporting issues.
The only thing I was able to narrow it down to was I have a web filter installed. When I uninstall the web filter, it works. Do you have Norton or any sort of filter installed?
