Completion Status not passed to LMS

Hi - I have a course created in Articulate 09, published to SCORM 1.2, report status set to Complete/Incomplete, and Track using quiz results.
My customer tested it and reports that:
1. The course is tracking the progress correctly (bookmarking). - works fine
2. Score is being passed back to the LMS - yes
3. Completion status shows correctly - No
4. Course moves to the Learning History. – No
Despite completing the course with a score of 100, the course still shows as ‘Not Evaluated’ and still remains in Enrollments. You may want to check if the completion status of the course is being passed back to the LMS correctly.
Do you know how I can fix this?
Thanks, Steve.

Hi Steve,
Have a look at this very useful article on troubleshooting Articulate/LMS issues:
http://www.articulate.com/blog/9-ways-to-troubleshoot-articulate-lms-issues/
And let us know if you'll need further assistance. Thanks!
I read that before posting. Didn't see a solution there.
Hey Steve,
Which LMS are you using? I would recommend trying another option for your pass/fail pairs in your #3, as not all LMSes support all the options that we provide.
And your #4 is most likely an issue with the LMS. If you'd like to confirm that, you can run the SCORM Cloud test track mentioned in the article under subtitle 3. If your course works fine there, then that confirms the completion status issue lies with the LMS.
Have you had a chance to speak with the LMS team about this?
Hi Peter -
Heard back from my customer, and they're using a customized version of Saba.
So maybe we need to do this fix?
It did work just fine in SCORM Cloud
Thanks, Steve.
Yeah, I'd give that a shot, Steve. I'm curious to know if it does the trick, so please check back-in and let me know. Thanks!
Will do.
Quick question on that Saba fix -
I just have one client using Saba. My LMS and other clients are different. Will replacing that SCORMFunctions.js file in my Articulate program affect future published versions?
Hey Steve,
Right, if you put it in the program files location as in the article, then yes, it will affect future non-Saba versions. How about just copying it into the published output only for the Saba-specific publishes? Would that work for you?
That'll work. Thanks!
Good luck!
