Configuring the Next button to go to the next lesson

Hi, this my first post on e-Learning Heroes!

I have a course in Articulate 13 that I published using SCORM 1.2 and uploaded to our LMS, SumTotal. I have a Prev/Next button on every page of the course. On the conclusion page at the end of each lesson, when the user clicks on the Next button, I would like the next lesson to begin. Right now when the user clicks the Next button on the last page nothing happens.

Our local programmer sent some code but I can't figure out how to get it to fire only on the click the Next button event:

top.API_extensions.changeSCOContent(top.API_extensions.gSCOCourseStructure.getNextSCO(),parent.frames[0];

Has anyone done this that can give me some instruction? Thank you very much.
