Hello. We have a course published to our local server, but some employees are saying that in the middle of the course it times out on them and they have to start over. Our server guy says there isn't anything on the server that would be causing that. Is there a setting in the course I can turn off so that it doesn't time out?
There's nothing in the Articulate software that would cause it to time out, but you can try this (unsupported) third-party tool to help minimize tracking issues. Are you running the course on an LMS, by any chance?
