Course title appears cropped when the course is viewed in full screen mode in IE9 and IE10. When it is restored to the normal view, it shows correct. It's presenter '09.
When you say Full screen mode, are you referring to the setting to resize your window to the browser size or something else? If possible could you share some screen shots with us indicating what you're seeing? Also if you'd prefer not to share your items in the forum you can always connect with our Support team. You'll want to package your Presenter files according to these directions to share.
I'm just touching base, as I see you're still working with Gren on your case and that it seems to only be reproducible within the LMS environment when viewing in IE10. It looks like you and Gren are doing some additional testing, so I'll continue to follow along.
I see that after some additional testing Gren was able to replicate the issue in IE10 when uploading to an LMS, and only when the browser size is changed (to full screen, or when the browser size is manually changed by dragging its corners). She's reported this to our QA team, and she also suggested the following workaround:
A workaround is to set the browser size to 'Resize browser to fill screen' in the Player Templates>Other menu, so users will no longer need to press F11 to set the browser to fullscreen. Another option is to set the presentation size to 'Lock presentation at Optimal Size', so resizing the browser or setting it to fullscreen will not resize the actual content, and thus the title will not cutoff (but content will not be resized to fill the fullscreen).

Hi Ashley,
It appears when I view using F11 key. The course title appears to be chopped at the end. Is this because of long title?
Ah, thanks Shivani - I forget about F11.
Without seeing your title, it's hard to know for certain if it's because it's a long title. How many characters is the title?
Hi Ashely,
No worries. This is happening in most of my courses. The course title varies between 12-50 characters.
I did open a case in Articulate Support. Appreciate if this can be rectified at the earliest.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks Shivani and I'll follow along with your case (#00363954 for my reference).

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I will make the changes as suggested and wait to hear from your Quality team.
