I need some help. I have a customer spin animation that I want to spin until the end of the slide (which is about 20 seconds) or when a hyperlink is clicked. The problem is that the spin animation will only rotate twice before stopping (about 5 seconds). How do i get the spin animation to continue to spin for the duration of the slide?
Hello tali, and welcome! It sounds like you have used the "Repeat" setting in the PowerPoint animation pane to make the animation repeat till the end of the slide... unfortunately, "Repeat" is not supported when you publish to Flash with Articulate Presenter, so this is why it's not continuing to rotate for the duration of the slide. You'd need to reapply the Spin effect multiple times to the same item in order for the animation to repeat the way you want it to. Here's a list of supported and non-supported animation effects, in case it's helpful.
I have that problem also. Thanks for the advice on how to correct it.
I also have a Grow/Shrink effect that is acting strange upon publishing. In PowerPoint, the Grow/Shrink effect works correctly The picture shrinks as I have designed it to. However, when published it shrinks down and disappears completely from the slide. Any thoughts on why?
No, the auto-reverse feature is not checked. What is interesting is that I have a text box that has the same effect applied (at the same time) and it works correctly.
I tried that to no avail. This is the second Shrink effect on that image. What I discovered was that when I changed the second Shrink % from 50% to 75%, it worked. Guess the 50% after the initial Shrink effect was too much. Anyway, it is working correctly now. Thanks.

Hi Curtis,
Did you enable the auto-reverse feature? If so, see the link below for a potential workaround:

Hi Curtis,
Does recreating the slide resolve the issue?

Thanks for letting us know that you were able to workaround the issue.
