Does it violate copyright laws to take iPhone app images and use them in an eLearning course? I'm making an 'iPad' course template and wanted to use the contacts and email icons.
The contacts would be a little tougher but think of difficult images in terms of how smaller shapes make the larger image. The contacts icon is just a rounded rectangle made of:
Small black circles for the ring holes
The rings are just beveled thin rectangles with a gradient applied to them
The right tabs are just rectangles
The silhouette is just a circle really with a triangle for the bottom of the bust, circle for the head, and small circles for the ears
Also, check out how to create that glaze on the top portion of the icon. It's just a rounded rectangle joined via shape union with an oval. After the union, fill it with white and lower the transparency.
