Hi. We are translating a large course into Chinese for a client and have one issue. The elbow connectors in the PowerPoint file work fine when played using the Animation feature in ppt, but when published do not display properly. They appear in the right part of the file at the right point but they are upside down. I've tried replacing them but the same problem happens.
Can you take a look at this support article and try the steps listed, please? It's not exactly the same, but I'm curious to see if this will help with displaying the connectors properly in your presentation.
Also, do you have shadow effects or anything applied to what the elbow connectors are connected to? That could cause that issue.
That's great! I'm very happy to hear that worked. I wasn't sure it would, because it sounds a little different - but I think I'll add a note that this will effect the position of elbow connectors as well. Thanks for the update, I appreciate it.

Hi Christine
Thanks for that - I followed the instructions on the article and it worked a treat! Many thanks!
