Is it the course itself that isn't opening, or just one of the videos inside the course? If it's the course itself, it's probably an issue with the browser's security settings or your server not being configured to allow MP4 and FLV mime types, as mentioned in the article above. If it's just the video that won't play, we'd be happy to take a look at it and see what's going on. Either way, please feel free to submit a case to our support team, so we can help figure out what's going on. Thanks!

Ok. Thanks Peter. Now it will only open in Firefox though and our default UNi browser is IE!! Is there are workaround for this, do you think? Thanks
