Help! I just finished all of the work to publish an Articulate module (Presenter 13), viewed the published module and noticed an error in the player. I clicked on the Player and received the above error message. I closed the file, and restarted my computer. Opened the file, clicked on Player--same error message. I can't open the Player.

I reinstalled and got the same error message. I am working on my local hard drive and my file name and path is well within the character limits

Update...I completely uninstalled Studio 13 and reinstalled on another laptop. It works now, and I was able to complete my project.
Fantastic, Joanne -- thanks so much for the update, and I am glad to hear you are all set. :)
