we're using hotspot SWF generated in SnagIt 10.0.1 and while the hotspots work fine, after the learner proceeds to the next slide, if they go BACK, the entire presenter portion of the browser shrinks (or enlarges depending on the native resolution) and is stuck that way, causing the player buttons on smaller resolution screens to be out of view. I hope I've explained this well enough to find out if you have any advice on this, we're in a time crunch. Thanks
Hi Susie and welcome to Heroes! If an inserted Flash movie does that it means that it is set to not scale. So basically it is attempting to resize the parent Flash movie which is the Articulate player and that's what is causing the problem. I would suggest adjusting your player template in Player Templates -> Other -> Presentation Size and check Lock presentation at optimal size. That should theoretically allow the hotspot to work nicely with the Articulate player.
Hi Susie. If that's the case, the Flash movies were set up so that they were allowed to scale. I would take a look at my previous reply and see if the steps I outlined help.

Hi Justin,
It works fine when creating flash movies in Flash but it doesn't work when I create a swf using Snagit and then adding it as a Flash Movie. Any ideas?
