Getting video to run in Presenter

I have Articulate 09 and PowerPoint 2007. I have developed some whiteboard animations using Sparkol (Videoscribe) that I have output in .flv format and inserted into my articulate presentation as flash video. 

They play just fine when I select "preview" in Articulate but when I publish and try to view (articulate online) the video is way out of sync with the rest of the slide content.

It is like he video is buffering or spooling for a long time and sometimes eventually does run, but it is not at the right time on the slide. And audio does not match the video.  Also noticed that some of the slides (with the embedded whiteboard animation set as flv and set to auto run) stop and show the "play"button, like the slide is waiting for the person to push "play". 

Sometimes if you wait and wait the video does eventually play, but it is too late to make sense on the slide. Again it is like it is buffering or waiting.
