Having serious problems with Presenter 13

Have built six modules in Articulate 13 and suddenly am unable to access any of my Quizzes. Nor can I preview any slides. I have downloaded the recent updates, shut down and restarted, but my presentation seems to be broken. I published the file last week and it worked beautifully. Went back into the presentation to make a small edit and cannot open any of the quizzes. I'm a little freaked out because it will take days to recreate the file and I've got 5 more modules that are awaiting audio. Is articulate 13 experiencing some type of major problems or is it user error? I'm not a new user of Articulate, but am new to version 13.

Hi Donna!
If you have downloaded some recent updates, perhaps something happened during the installation that is causing you issue.
Please be sure that you are working locally and not from a network drive and conduct a repair of your software.

Seems installation of version 4 is causing some of use to experience the same thing ie cannot open engage, quizzes etc. Why do we need to reinstall?
Hi Sandra! As you can see above, the repair seems to help many. If you are experiencing the same issues, I would advise the same for you. If anything happens during 'download' or 'installation', things can be incomplete.
Be sure that you are working locally as well.
