As in you want to 'remind' or 'prompt' your users what to do next? I'm not aware of a way to do this, but you could just set your slides to auto-advance if needed so that you wouldn't have to worry about prompting the user.
This thread is over a year old and wondering if there is a change to being able to highlight the "next" button in 13' if you choose not to auto-advance.
Hi, Neil -- To the best of my knowledge, there is not a way to do this, but you are definitely welcome to share your thoughts with our Product Development Team using this Feature Request Form.
I'm trying to find a way to make the "next" button flash when the user should advance the slide. We don't want to auto-advance for various reasons. Since this post is 1 and 3 years old, has anyone figured this out yet? Thanks!

You can read more about slide properties here.
