I have a course in Presenter that I need to lock down navigation wise. (Don't get me started on the negatives of doing this; we tried to convince the client otherwise and failed, so it is what it is.) Locking it down is a fairly simple process EXCEPT for the slides that we imported from Captivate. The Captivate software seems to override the Articulate settings, which is a problem for us in this instance. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to work around this?
I would recommend Submitting a Support Case and including a copy of your file for us to take a look at. This will help us to take a look at the problematic slides and see if we can come up with a resolution.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
