I've created a hyperlink to a page (#4) in a PDF file on another website on one of my slides. When I publish it for LMS and test it in my LMS the hyperlink doesn't work. The screen just the screen just flashes and nothing happens. What can I do to fix it?
Is the PDF password protected or behind any kind of security wall? Have you had a chance to review this article? If you'd like to send us your files, we can take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
The file was on another site so I just downloaded PDF file to my computer and hyperlinked. Do you know if the non supported hyperlink items in the article you suggested are supported in Studio 12?
Thanks for checking back in And I honestly don't know the answer to what will and will not be supported in the next release. It's currently in development and will soon enter beta testing. We don't have a confirmed launch date at this time, but if you'd like to participate in the beta, please send your request to beta@articulate.com, and the beta administrator will contact you with instructions.
In the meantime, you can preview some of the new features in Studio '12 here.
