I updated Presenter 13 in December and I'm not able to use the software any longer. When I start a PPT slide with a Presenter animation and click on i.e. "Player" or "Preview" nothing happen.
Please advise!
I'm running on MS Office Professional Plus 2010, MS PowerPoint 14 (32 bit)
Sorry you're having issues. Have you tried repairing the installation or uninstalling and reinstalling the software? If not, I would try doing that and then restarting your computer. If that doesn't work, try submitting a support case.
