One of our clients wants to have a personal action plan for their students, which they can use within a couple of Presenter courses. Is it possible (if yes: how?) to store that action plan in an LMS and to address it from each of the Articluate Presenter courses?
I'm afraid it's difficult to answer your question with the information you gave. Can you give us more information, or an example about how you want to set this up? What information are you wanting to store, exactly (score, response)?
Also, I'm not sure if you've seen it already, but if this is your first time publishing for an LMS, you may want to check out this tutorial.
