iPad & iOS volume issue

I'm using powerpoint with Presenter '13 and publishing courses using the output to HTML 5 option. I noticed that when i try to access a course with an iPad or a Mac, the video plays but there's no volume. There aren't any issues with a pc. I assume that I need to republish and also select the Use Articulate Mobile Player for iPad and iOS option but would someone please confirm. Does this still just create a single SCORM file that pc, iPad and iOS can all use or is it multiple files?

Hi, Mick -- So sorry to hear your are experiencing issues! Would it be possible for you to share your Articulate Package so that I can publish your course on my machine and run some testing on my Macbook Pro and my iPad?
Ok. What email address should I send it to?
By the way, we never had issues previously but a user reported the problem
and then we tested it. Sure enough, there's video but no audio.
