iPad Simulation

I've been working with Tom's iPad simulation - it is going to be just great for my application. I've run into a coupl'a problems, though, and I cannot figure out what's going on.
First, the slide with the white space only publishes on about 3/4 of the slide. My solution was to just insert another slide with an off white background - seems to be fine, but I would like to know if there's another fix for the slide.
Second, I have been unable to preview or publish my Articulate file - my computer hangs up, and eventually displays the message: Presenter unable to open project file.
Any suggestions?

Whew! Uninstall and Re-install? Really? I've had no problems with my Articulate software until I started working with the iPad template. If you think that will help though, I'll schedule my IT guys to come to my desk and follow through.

Thanks, Justin - I'll do that. Everything is totally gummed up, and I cannot even get Articulate Presenter to respond. I zipped my file and sent it off to the wild blue yonder. I appreciate the help!
