Issues with embedding Adobe Flash files

I have created two FLV files at 640 x 480 size.  When I embed them into my Articulate Presenter course and preview or publish it, the videos seem to "move" and look like they are hanging off of the side of the slide even though they are embedded in the middle.  I can't figure out why and it's frustrating!!!  I need this course finished by Wednesday and it HAS to be perfect!  HELP!
