Language not publishing correctly
Jan 01, 2014
I have reviewed and applied the instruction for publishing a non-Western language (http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter-09/localizing-your-computer-for-other-languages-in-presenter)
The courses are required in Korean - my course files shows Gulim font, however it seems to have changed the font to Malgun Gothic when I copied a couple of slides to a test file - both are Korean fonts. When I publish the file the slide content is jumbled even though the notes section (narration script) publishes correctly. I had previously published a number of Chinese courses (SimSun) on an old computer however I cannot seem to get this language to work on new computer (Windows 7, MS Office 2010). I have restarted my computer to ensure all settings are applied. Both fonts (Gulim and Malgun Gothic) look to be installed on my computer (C/Windows/Fonts).
I have attached the test slides file. If you could provide advice as to where I may be going wrong I would be very appreciative.
With thanks
Cath.

Note - this only seems to be affecting Presenter - I have imported the first few slides into a Storyline file and they are publishing fine so not sure why the font is not displaying correctly in Presenter
Hi Cath!
Are the fonts that you are using Unicode fonts? You can also check this blog post out for further troubleshooting.
If you need further assistance, we will need to take a look at your project files. Looks like you sent the published output.
You can package your course and submit it to us.
