I'm making an Articulate Presenter publication where I need the next button to blink at the end of each slide.
I've noticed people on these forums asking for this feature in Storyline (which, ironically, I am far more familiar with), but it seems everyone else seems to know how to make this happen.
Any immediate help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Justin, you are awesome. Thanks very much for replying - and I'm sorry it took so long for me to confirm your response. Yes, you are correct. However, I think my client used the Presenter SDK to remove that functionality in the template they've provided me to work with. At the time I was becoming far more acquainted with Presenter than I had ever been before, knew that the button flashed, but I could not see an option to turn that on myself.
I'm sure you can understand my confusion. The slides were already set to advance manually by the user!
Thanks very much for your prompt and correct replies.
I know this post is dated but I wanted to know if there was any updates within Presenter 13' for a pulsating Next button to blink when the slide properties is set to user advance.
This is a feature that I would love to put in our courses.
I also went through the internet about blink the next button when timeline ends. But I'm not satisfied with the results. Because i don't want any customize button and make it blink. I want it to work on the default player button of Articulate Storyline. First of all, I want to say that the Articulate Storyline features is beyond our imagination. All you have to just.. Explore!
At last I finally get the way to blink the default player button when timeline ends by using some triggers. Recently, I use this in my project and it's really amazing.

Good Afternoon EJ, and welcome to Heroes!
In Articulate Presenter, the Next button pulses automatically at the end of the slide if the slide is set to advance by user, as shown below:
Is that what you are looking for? If not, let us know. Thanks!

Sure thing, EJ!
FYI, there is also a specific forum dedicated to SDK issues if you ever find yourself stumped in that regard.
Regarding the blinking Next button: what about Articulate 13 Presenter? How do I get the Next button to blink when the slide is set to user advance?
Good Afternoon, Mary Ann.
There is no support within Presenter '13 for a pulsing Next button, although we always welcome Feature Requests. Good luck with your project!
Thanks for the answer, Justin.
