How can I set in the PowerPoint slide what I want to be shown in the Slide Properties Menu set-up? Now it seems to select randomly and i have to edit the whole e-learning menu. Ok when there is just a few slides but...

If you're looking to change the default items on your course player for all your slides, you can also select Player on your Articulate tab and make adjustments there as well! This user guide below shares more:

I found the solution. I had to adjust my settings in PP master and then the
topics appered automaticlly in my Presenter menu.
I have a new question. When making a hotspot quiz in Presenter I do not
find where to add the question.
Could you help me eith this?
I have read the tutorials and tried to find insrt. movies but havent found
anything.

You can add hotspot questions to your Presenter course via Quizmaker:
Quizmaker 360: Hotspot Questions
You can then include your Quizmaker project within your Presenter project:
Presenter 360: Adding Quizzes and Interactions
