I have a slide configured so that it automatically launches a MP4 video demonstration in a new browser after 3 seconds. This feature works perfectly on my machine, but when I publish the file and send to a peer, the video never launches in a new browser.
We turned off popup blocker and still encountered the issue.
Can you confirm that your peer has the latest version of Flash installed? To view content created with Articulate Studio '09, you must install Adobe Flash Player 6.0.79 or later:
If you will be incorporating FLV or MP4 movies into your content, you will need to have the following version of Adobe Flash Player installed:
* FLV is supported in Adobe Flash Player 7 and later.
* MP4 is supported in Adobe Flash Player 9 Update 3 and later.

Regarding paths/files discussed in the Presenter 09 link, I usualy put any "external" files in the root of my project and link from there.
