I have some mp4 video that I need to chop into smaller videos. The
video is fine until I use the Encoder and turn it into Flash. It looks
grainy and blurry once it is in my project. Any suggestions? I also
tried cutting the mp4 video in Windows Moviemaker and then dropping in
the Encoder, but it still has very blurry quality.
Thanks!!!
Do you have the presentation set to be locked at the optimal size?
Check out this tutorial, it might help with the video quality.
You might also want to take a look a this knowledge base article for Flash best practices in Presenter. A few things you might want to check are the dimensions, frame rate and Flash Player version.
