Multiple interactions, but only one shows on publish

I have an Articulate Presenter 2013 course that has four consecutive Folder Engage interactions. They are all in PowerPoint. When I open them from within PowerPoint, they open correctly.

However, when I publish, only the last interaction is shown. All four are listed correctly in the Menu, but when I click on any of the titles, it takes me to the last interaction. If I delete the fourth interaction, it goes straight to the third interaction. If I delete the third, it goes straight to the second. I tried putting a non-interaction slide between them, and it still jumps to the last interaction (and skips that slide entirely).

I've tried deleting and re-adding them, but that had no impact. The slides are set to advance by user and there is no branching that should cause skipping slides. I tried adding some new types of Engage interactions among the ones that are causing problems. If I put one BEFORE the first folder interaction, it is shown after publish. Then it jumps to the last folder interaction. If I put one AFTER the first folder interaction, it gets skipped and it jumps to the last folder interaction.

I'm at the end of my rope here. Any suggestions?
