I've been working on a course for the past two weeks and it contains about 53 slides. Suddenly, I can no longer preview or play the course when I publish it. It simply hangs on the launch (I can see "Done" at the bottom of the browser after the progress bar appears). The last thing I did was create an Engage activity and insert it in the slides.
Is the file corrupted? How do I know?
Should I break up the course into separate sections? Is it too big?
Peter -- Reinserting the interaction seems to do the trick. First, I deleted it, saved, and reopened the entire presentation. I'm glad it was not corrupted! It had taken me some time to create.

Hi Deb,
Are you unable to view the ENTIRE course or just the Engage interaction? And did you publish to LMS? Web? Thanks!
Entire course. I just published it to run locally (web) from my browser.
I tried removing the Engage interaction and I can now preview and play it again. (Whew!)
I'm wondering if the Engage interaction is corrupted. Any suggestions for how I can tell?
Hey Deb,
I'm wondering if giving these troubleshooters a shot might resolve the issue. Have a look:
