I'm working on a course that has the notes tab enabled in the left-hand navigation. When viewing the course, I've noticed that I sometimes have to click on the notes tab twice in order for the notes text to appear. This doesn't happen when I have the notes enabled in the bottom navigation. Is this a bug or something in the settings? I really don't want to have users clicking on the tab twice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the link, but I'm afraid it doesn't address my problem. The slides notes text does appear. It's just that sometimes I have to click on the notes tab twice in order for it to show up. At first, it only shows the slide title and slide time length. Then, when I click again, it shows the slide notes underneath. Is there something you can recommend, so that users will only have to click once everytime?
I could be mistaken, but I believe we are talking about the same problem. The notes display is intermittent. I would give this a shot. I actually do this with every presentation since sometimes the notes display and sometimes not... mostly the sometimes not is when my client is reviewing it.

Hi Marilyn,
The link below may help resolve your problem. It's always fixed my problems with side bar notes.
