I'm not sure why, but at the end of the course, the following pop-up message is presented - does anyone know what causes this message and how to get rid of it?
Here it is. I passed the quiz. If I click OK, the whole course closes and I won't see the last screens...
lol - I see the package has been attached after all! Any guidance or insight you can provide would be so appreciated!
Again, the issue presents only when the course is tested on LMS, not when tested via browser, so there is some interplay between the LMS and articulate settings!
I never saw that activity message either when publishing / testing for HTML. It was the LMS version where I was advised that this activity message was popping up - I don't have access to the LMS to test it myself.
Are there other fields/settings that you can think of where the articulate course/quiz and the LMS would interact to result in this type of messaging?
Based on this performing correctly during testing, I would check with your LMS administrator to see what settings could be adjusted there. I do not think that this is a set-up within your course.
Thanks Leslie - Yes, I have been working with their LMS folks in parallel, trying out some additional modifications, but to no avail - as of yet.
And so the strory continues - is it the course or the LMS? I swear there is some funky interplay between the both that I just can't seem to put my finger on.
I'll let you know if we come up with a definitive fix!

In case the first image is not readable, here is the error message again:
Hi Mary!
Looks like you may have your finish button set to close window instead of going to next slide:
Check out the tutorial here.
Hi Leslie,
Are you referring ot the settings shown here? I believe I already have it set the way you described:
Any other suggestions?
I've run out of options....
Hi Mary! That's exactly what I referred to, looks like you may need to share your Articulate Package so that I can have a look
Hi Leslie, I tried a couple times to upload the package but it's not "taking"! It may have to do with security parameters at my end with the client.
Thanks for your help though!

Hi Mary!
How are you publishing your content as I'm not seeing this behavior upon preview or publish.
You can see my published contents here:

Ah, so you cannot re-create the behavior.

Testing in SCORM Cloud is a great way to really pinpoint if it's the course or the LMS. If you cannot re-create the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's the LMS
