Yes, if you select an option to advance to the next slide after the quiz has been inserted into Presenter, this will overwrite the "close browser window" option set in the initial quiz file. If you were to continue using the Quizmaker file as a standalone file, or if you use it as standalone in the future, it would close the window. Once the quiz is inserted into Presenter, though, the slide functions will be priority for the quiz.
