Pre loader Need/question

I've downloaded and am attempting to use the custom preloader that has been made available.  Most if not all of our elearning consists of video clips with supporting interaction and quizzes to determine learning.  Most all content is on our elearning site and accessable from any internet able computer.  However, most of our current access is from internal computers that have limited bandwidth and a preloader seems to be a way of solving at least in part, our bandwidth limitaion.  Does anyone know if any upcoming upgrades to Articulate include a built in preloader as a standard?
