Every time i try to add a video to my PPT file, i get an error message. They are MP4 files and i am working on a local drive. I am using Present '13 and have to add 17 video files to my course for a customer. Please help.
PS. I have another file that I added 2 videos to and it worksfine but when I get to the program that i need to add the 17 video files to, itstops working and just gives me the attached (above) error message. It alsotells me that my Articulate Ribbon has been disable and I have to keep closingthe file and enabling it.
