Presenter 13: Properties Player Other Option is missing

I did this (Articulate Support - How to Repair Articulate Studio '13) procedure but it didn't work!

Uninstall first,  then install again, Player Other Option appeared!

(NB :WIN 7, 64bits; PPT 2010 32bits  ARTICULATE STUDIO 13'  with serial Number)
