I"ve been having issues this morning with Articulate Presenter in Studio 09. Whenever I try to open an item on the Articulate toolbar in my PPT files (such as "Import Audio" or "Slide Properties"), I receive the attached error message.
Quizmaker and Engage are working OK - it's just Presenter that is giving me problems.
I have our IT folks scrambling to resolve this issue -- thought that perhaps you may know of a fix for this.

Sorry for the trouble, Greg.
Have a look at this article and see if it helps. You'll also want to confirm that all of your files are located on the same (local) drive.

Well ...the error message appears in not just one file. It appears in more than one file; so I'm thinking that it's not the files.
