Publishing for an LCMS Vs an LMS?

We published a course for a client's LMS (SCORM 1.2). Two problems presented: (1) the exit button does not work, and (2) once completed, the course still shows an 'incomplete' status. We've come to find out that the client currently utilizes an (HR-I [Oracle]) LCMS rather than an LMS. They are purchasing a new LMS in the fall, and when testing the same SCORM 1.2 course in that LMS, everything works as expected. But... they can't get the new LMS until fall and they want to deploy the course in their current LCMS,
Is there something different that needs to be done when publishing for an LCMS Vs an LMS? ...any information to solve the two problems will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
JB

Hi,
Having the same problem..."incomplete" being registerd as opposed to Fail...on the LMS.
Any assistance appreciated

Hi David! This thread is a bit dated. What version of Storyline are you utilizing? Do you get the same result when you test the content in SCORM Cloud?
If you're experiencing issues with content in a learning management system (LMS), check out this article, which outlines common LMS viewing and tracking issues.
Cheers!!
That not only got me started on fixing one problem but highlighted another fix regarding PASS/FAIL reporting.
Thanks for that, much appreciated.
