Publishing options

I need to publish a small quiz and send it to my learners. It is not graded, not pass/fail. It is just a recap of what was taught in the classroom and includes about 10 quick questions to refresh their memory.

I am looking for an easy and quick way to make it available to the learners. It will be too time consuming for me right now to put it on the LMS because I will have to go through some testing procedures and the LMS Admin is very busy. It will cause some delays.
Also, publishing and sending as a zip folder that the learner has to unzip and download is not my prefered method.

Can someone please help me figure out an easy, quick alternate?
