Quiz only showing results page

Hello, I am having this continued problem where the quiz is not playing, just showing the results page.  I have tried to remove the quiz and reinsert it, but that didn't work.  See details from when I tried to fix it using Articulate support:

1.       Quiz/interaction title includes accented or non-western characters-only placeholder slide will appear.  Articulate issue that can be corrected by downloading Update 2 for Articulate Presenter. Install latest version from link in product confirmation email.  I believe my version of Articulate 2013 may have flaws and need the update, rationale below: 

a.       When PP opened, must re-register Articulate Presenter each time. No error code received, but may need to work with IT to determine if Windows shell folders on my system (My Documents, My Pictures, etc.) are mapped to a network drive rather than the default local hard drive.

b.      Unable to connect to the articulate website, Covance firewall may be blocking.

2.       Store project and public files on hard drive instead of network drive-tried

3.       File path <260 characters-verified file path does not contain >260 characters (contains 63)

4.       Most accurate testing is in the location for which it is published-have tested in iLearn environment, but not since we removed and reinserted the quiz.

5.       Is FTP client using binary transfer mode when uploading published files to server. Unsure.
