We've recently enountered a problem with quiz scores (from QuizMaker in an Articulate Presenter course) not recording in the LMS when the learner is working in Windows 8. Have others run into this? Any ideas what the problem and/or solution is?
Are they using Internet Explorer, by any chance? If so, we recently found that Windows 8 comes pre-loaded with Internet Explorer 10. There is an issue with tracking and reporting with Internet Explorer 10.
First, you may want to see if the learners are able to access the course in a different browser and see if the quiz scores are recorded.
There are also some additional suggestions and workarounds for this issue posted in this forum thread.
Odds are that they are using Internet Explorer; they didn't indicate what version but I'll check with them. I'll also take a peek at the workarounds. Thanks, Christine.
