I have a customer that has a few published Articulate courses that need to be updated. The problem is that they no longer have the source files; they only have the zipped course packages. Is there any way to get them back to the source format without completely re-creating them?
Unfortunately there is not a way to reverse engineer the courses back into a ppt file. You'll need the original .ppt file to make changes to the course and then republish.
If you have the published file, you could always screen record the published content slide by slide, so you don't lose anything, then add new slides for updated info. Unfortunately, any slides you need to EDIT will need to be recreated. :-(
