Shortcut keys?
Apr 08, 2014
My customer in the Netherlands has reported that when they hit a key on the keyboard a strang popup appear.
Is there a way to block those popups? I did not even know this could happen until I tried it myself. If I press "e" on the keyboard I get this as well. If I press "v" the presentation view changes, press "b" and a type of notpad shows. If they can't be blocked can you explain to me what they are?
See attachment.

Hi Sandy!
Where is the project published? I'm not seeing the same behavior on my end.
I am not sure I understand your question. It was published to my hard drive for an LMS system, zipped up and sent to them via a ftp site.
I would say it sounds like a stuck key, but if you are able to replicate, can you tell me how you are able to do so? Perhaps it's a particular browser/shortcut/hot key issue.
Perhaps you could create a screencast showing me the issue that you are experiencing?

Hi Sandy!
Another thought, these are the only keyboard shortcuts that I am aware of, and I wasn't sure if you had checked this setting or not.
