In preview, it all works as it should but when published, slide 2 goes to slide 7 (happens to be an Engage file). When I try and click on slide 2 again from the side bar, it only launches the Engage file (on slide 7.
I've done a hundred of these and never came across this issue. All of my slide properties are set up as they should be.
My slides are in the same order after being published but after the intro slide plays, it skips down to about slide 7. My slides are set to advance automatically. (no branching, they go to next slide).

What version of Presenter are you using? The best bet would be to see the project file that you are experiencing this issue with.
Would you be able to share your Articulate Package here? Please follow the instructions applicable to your version.
