I've just completed a project and 2 of my hidden slides just stop after playing. They play fine, but will not advance. I've check in Slide Properties, they are set to advance automatically. . I have republished and that didn't work, I have also re-synced my animations and that hasn't helped. Any ideas?
Can you go into the Articulate menu & then select the Audio Editor? After that, go to the slide that is having the issue. Then, go to the end of the audio for that slide & delete just a small section of silence. Repeat for each applicable slide.
Finally, click the Save & Close button & republish your presentation. Using this method should resolve the issue.
I thought that would do it. - no luck. Maybe this will help identify what's happening. The play bar at the bottom of the published piece isn't moving and the slide X of X doesn't show nor does it say "Playing" like it does for every other slide...
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.
