Sound not working on iPad after publication via Presenter

I just published a new course and tested it on my laptop in Google Chrome. It worked fine. I am now trying to watch the same course on my iPad Pro and I have two problems, one much larger than the other -- a) the exit button isn't working, and b) I have no sound. Sound is working for other applications, so it's clearly the presentation. Had the same issue in both Safari and Chrome on the iPad. Suggestions?

Hi Joanna,

I'd love to help! Could you share a bit more, such as:

  • What version of Presenter are you using?
  • Where did you upload the content to test it out (i.e an LMS, web server, Articulate Online)? 
  • When testing the iPad, did you toggle the mute button? 
  • For the Exit behavior - does the course not close, or does it send inaccurate information to your site/LMS? 
  • Does the Exit button work on your laptop?
