Studio 13 - Published Video Fails to Play in Internet Explorer

None of the videos I am adding to my eLearning modules are playing in Internet Exploerer after they are published. They all play great in Articulate Preview. I ran a test and added a *.MP4, *.AVI and *.WMV to PowerPoint with both the PowerPoint Insert Video commands and with the Articulate “Insert Video from file” command. I then published the PowerPoint as an LMS eLearning.
I received the following results:
Playing in Internet Explorer
- None of the videos show, if I insert them with standard PowerPoint commands.
- The videos show the first frame only, if I inserted it with the Articulate insert video command.
Playing in Chrome
- None of the videos show, if I insert them with standard PowerPoint.
- The videos show perfectly in all three formats: *.MP4, *.AVI and *.WMV, when I inserted them with the Articulate insert video command.
Since most of my organization runs on Internet Explorer (IE), what can I do to make IE run like Chrome for the videos?

Hi Todd!
Here's how to add video files to Articulate Presenter '13 courses. Sounds like you may be adding in Powerpoint.
Thanks Leslie. As stated above, I tried to insert the video in both PowerPoint and Articulate. It works when I install them through Articulate but only with Chrome. Internet Explorer only shows the first frame of the video.
Hi Todd,
Are you trying to view the HTML5 output perhaps? If so, that's only supported in Chrome as detailed here as a part of our viewing requirements and likely that's why they are not working in Internet Explorer.
