Unable next button until narration ends Dec 03, 2014 By Bruno Dethune Hi All, is there a possibility to unable a trainee to advance to a next slide in presenter untill the narration/animation is finished on this slide. blocking seekbar is not enough, since you still can click on "next" even though the narration is not finished. Locking the slide on the other hand, makes the "next" button completely inactive, even at the end of narration.

Add a trigger: "change state of" / "next button" / "to disabled" or "hidden" (depending on your preference) / "when timeline starts" 2. Add a second trigger: "change state of" / "next button" / "to normal" / "when timeline ends" 3. (Optional) I also changed the progress bar to "read only", because otherwise the person can skip ahead to end of the timeline. I attached my example file just in case. If you're using Storyline 1, see this page for detailed instructions on how to do this. Hope that helps! :) Allison disable-next-button_example.story
