I just downloaded the update to presenter yesterday and now when I click to insert or edit a character nothing happens. None of the other Articulate options within the ribbon are working either. The add-in is active. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

If you're still having difficulties with your Presenter ribbon after running through those steps, I highly encourage you to reach out to our Support Engineers directly by submitting a case. They'll be able to investigate further with you to get everything resolved as quickly as possible. :)
